From at least 5 users.

Which e-mail clients is the tool compatible with?

At the moment, Lemontaps is only compatible with Microsoft Outlook. Other clients such as Gmail are to be added in the future.

How does HTML creation work?

Our visual editor is based on a simple but effective modular principle to enable signatures to be created quickly. For advanced editing, the signature can also be created using HTML to give you complete design freedom.

Can I create different signatures?

Yes, it is possible to create different signatures for different groups. For example, the signatures can be customized for different areas, such as marketing or sales.

Is the tool GDPR-compliant?

Yes, the tool is GDPR-compliant. The security and confidentiality of data is our top priority. That is why we are also ISO 27001 certified.

Who can edit my signatures?

Only the administrator can edit a signature. No prior technical knowledge is required and this is done using the drag & drop HTML editor.

In which packages is the signature tool included?

The signature tool can be added to all Teams and Enterprise packages on request. For more information, please contact our sales department.

What can the e-mail signature tool be used for?

The Lemontaps signature tool offers numerous advantages:

-The intuitive editor is designed for customized signatures. Design your signature using our modular graphic editor or customize it flexibly using HTML.
- If data is missing, placeholders of Active Directory attributes are intelligently hidden. This ensures that the signatures always look neat and tidy.
- The signatures can be managed centrally. Create company
-wide standardized signatures that can be called up directly in Outlook.

How can I track my signatures?

The signatures may not be tracked directly by Lemontaps due to data protection regulations. However, UTM links can be incorporated into your signatures to gain insights into your mailings.
